Every year the Trion training team organizes a large knowledge-sharing event for all students, interested workplace supervisors and colleagues in the Training School, to share theoretical and practical knowledge together. We strive for a “just-in-time” linking of theory in and to practice as much as possible, but once a year we opt for a supply-oriented moment in the form of inspiring workshops and good practices from our schools.
The aim of these Trion knowledge festivals is to provide future colleagues and experienced workplace supervisors with thinking frameworks to reflect on elements of (an ever-changing) theme in their own practice and to provide practical tools for their own lessons. In turn, a more pedagogical theme or more (subject) didactic theme is central.
