As a school trainer and teacher I like to keep both feet in practice. I love it when people dare to make mistakes and that’s why I like to cross boundaries. For me, a teacher is not someone who just stands in front of the class. At the ISE, there are many opportunities to explore and transcend those boundaries.
Learning together in a PLC with fourth year interns has yielded me a lot. A positive experience with this way of working gave me a closer bond with the fourth-year interns and we all learned in our own way. In the end, all three of them also became my colleagues.
