As a starting teacher, we welcome you before the school year starts in the safe group of all starters to explain all kinds of practical matters in the school and to get to know each other as a peer group. Every starting teacher gets a coach who offers individual guidance, independent of the assessment process in the school. This guidance (often with video feedback and validated observation tools) offers safety, a listening ear, and a boost for the development of your teacher skills. The peer-to-peer meetings led by coaches provide a safe learning environment with peers.
