The three cores within the induction phase

  1. the school has an open and professional culture in which starting teachers:
  • are accepted by the team and the section,
  • can take ownership of their own development,
  • are seen as equal and valued for their new ideas
  • the guidance of the starting teacher is tailor-made as much as possible
    learning together in the school in the form of learning groups.
