Think of the learning groups for bachelor’s/master’s students and workplace counselors in the school, the learning groups for new and experienced teachers in the school and PLCs in and outside the school. This is how we learn and work together!
For the workplace supervisor, the core is made up of three aspects; offering an open culture, tailor-made coaching, and mutual learning in a learning group. All workplace counselors within Trion are certified, enthusiastic and motivated and help you become part of the team and the organization. Workplace supervisors show exemplary behavior and tailor their guidance as much as possible to you as a person.
